How To Personalize

  1. Choose your Style: Mug or Accent Mug.
  2. Choose your Color (White for the classic Mug; Red, Black, Dark Blue, Light Blue or Pink for the Accent Mug).
  3. Choose your Size: 11OZ or 15OZ.
  4. In the Personalized panel, type your pet's name in Enter Name (up to 12 characters). Press Space if you would rather leave it blank.
  5. Tap Select Photo under Upload Your Photo. Our AI artist turns your pet into an ink sketch illustration, which takes about 20 seconds; then the Edit Photo window lets you drag, zoom and rotate the art before you click Apply. Choose a clear, well-lit photo that is not blurry, with your pet facing the camera and its face easy to see. Results vary a little with each photo.
  6. Check the live preview, then add to cart.
